Brothers Property Management to Oversee Grace Commons Annex, Expanding Affordable Housing in Boulder

Brothers Property Management is excited to take on management responsibilities for Grace Commons Church’s Grace Commons Annex, a new affordable housing development in Boulder.

Opening in 2026 at 1603 Walnut St., Grace Commons Annex will be a mixed-use development featuring a ground-floor café and bakery, 30 affordable housing apartments, and an event space. Designed to be all-electric-ready, the property is conveniently located near Pearl Street Mall, a library, post office, convenience store, neighborhood shopping center, public park, grocery store, and off-street bike paths. In addition to housing, Grace Commons Annex will provide workforce training, financial literacy education, mentorship, and certification programs to support residents facing employment barriers.

With this addition, Brothers Property Management now oversees around 1,400 units across the Denver metro area and Colorado Springs, strengthening our commitment to providing quality, stable housing.

“Grace Commons Annex is a unique development that not only expands affordable housing in Boulder but also provides vital resources to help residents build stability and opportunity. We’re honored to partner on this project and bring our commitment to quality property management and resident support to this community,” said Brothers Property Management Director Tiffani Thomas.

As Brothers Property Management continues to expand, we look forward to the opening of Grace Commons Annex and welcoming more communities into our portfolio.

Currently under construction along West Colfax, The Irving at Mile High Vista is an affordable housing community offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes for residents earning 20% to 80% of the area median income. Brothers Property Management will oversee property management for the development, ensuring quality housing and support for its future residents.

Meanwhile, Brothers Property Management is also preparing for the opening of SP Crossing, another affordable housing community the agency will manage. Set to open this winter at 7130 Colorado Blvd. in Commerce City, SP Crossing will feature studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
